Die Kombination aus diesen Inhalten sollte zeigen, wie stark die innere Pr\u00e4senz mit der \u00e4u\u00dferen Wirkung tats\u00e4chlich zusammenh\u00e4ngt. Die Emotionen, die durch die mentale Arbeit frei wurden, brachten Klarheit, Fokus und den Mut, sich zu trauen, in der eigenen Pr\u00e4sentation echt zu sein.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5819\" src=\"https:\/\/cathyzimmermann.eu\/cathi-bali-2-0\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Poolyoga.jpg\" alt=\"be-present-kitzb\u00fchel-workshop-seminar-diana-lueger-cathy-zimmermann-yoga-meditation-pr\u00e4sentation-moderation-kommunikation-essenz-sprechen-schloss-lebenberg\" width=\"715\" height=\"472\"><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-5817\" src=\"https:\/\/cathyzimmermann.eu\/cathi-bali-2-0\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Cathy-Diana-498x1024.jpg\" alt=\"be-present-kitzb\u00fchel-workshop-seminar-diana-lueger-cathy-zimmermann-yoga-meditation-pr\u00e4sentation-moderation-kommunikation-essenz-sprechen-schloss-lebenberg\" width=\"498\" height=\"1024\"><\/p>\n<p>H\u00f6chstpers\u00f6nliche Themen, die vorher teils nur mit Familienmitgliedern geteilt wurden, fanden in der kleinen Gruppe an Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern erstmals nicht nur Geh\u00f6r, sondern wurden in einer Pr\u00e4sentationssituation vorgetragen, was einen Boost an Selbstvertrauen bewirkte und innere Gewissheit brachte, dass einem &#8222;nichts Schlimmes&#8220; passiert.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;<em>Das Spannende war, dass es so tief in die eigenen pers\u00f6nlichen Erfahrungen ging und dass die innere Welt so eine starke Auswirkung darauf hat, wie man sich im Au\u00dfen zeigt&#8220;<\/em>, sagt Teilnehmerin <strong>Caroline MUSS.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8222;<em>Man darf sich darauf konzentrieren, was einen am meisten ausmacht, auf die Essenz. Bei mir war der AHA- und WOW-Effekt, dass man sehr pers\u00f6nlich, emotional und sehr stimmig bei sich bleiben kann, in der eigenen nat\u00fcrlichen Sprache. Man kann sich so geben wie man ist und verletzt dabei nicht irgendwelche Gesetzm\u00e4\u00dfigkeiten, die man glaubt, erf\u00fcllen zu m\u00fcssen<\/em>&#8222;, beschreibt Kabarettist <strong>Alexander SEDIVY<\/strong> seine Eindr\u00fccke aus dem BE.PRESENT Seminar.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8222;Da ich nebenberuflich auf der B\u00fchne stehe, ist f\u00fcr mich besonders dieser Unterschied wichtig zwischen \u00fcbertriebener B\u00fchnensprache hin zu einer nat\u00fcrlichen Pr\u00e4sentation. Der beste Freunde-Trick war nicht neu f\u00fcr mich, aber er ist so toll, weil er einfach ist.
